MOSCOW, Jul 11 (PRIME) – Russia’s inflation is below 3.5% in annual terms, remaining one of the world’s lowest, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Tuesday during a government meeting.
“Inflation remains moderate -- it amounted to 2.9% from January through the beginning of July, which is significantly lower than the previous year’s figures. It does not exceed 3.5% in annual terms, which is one of the lowest in the world by the way,” he said.
He also stressed that the government would fulfill all the social goals and tasks regardless of any challenges that the Russian economy faces.
